Shape Of Despair

É uma banda de doom metal finlandesa. O som, precisamente, encontra-se no subgênero funeral doom metal. Conta com participação, embora quase irreconhecível, de membros do Amorphis. Inicialmente, no ano da sua formação, em 1995, chamava-se Raven. Em 1998, mudou o seu nome para Shape of Despair. Assemelha-se, sonoramente, com a banda Skepticism.
